Joe Browns, the Leeds-based fashion and homes retailer has been awarded The Investors in People Standard.
The accreditation follows the recent announcement by Joe Browns of a new strategy to deliver annual sales of £100m by 2026, representing a 138 per cent increase on current turnover.
And with the retailer starting the AW/21 season with cumulative growth up 68% year on year early signs show that the strategy to deliver is already working.
The foundation of this ambition comes from three pillars identified by Joe Browns’ senior leadership team and the accreditation falls into the first.
The pillars are:
