The marketing and communications specialists Wild PR, which rebranded from KC Communications in September 2021, has been appointed by Wakefield-based online asset disposal specialists, BPI Auctions, to raise its brand awareness and increase industrial consignments.
Wild PR was appointed on a six-month basis after a competitive pitch and will work to raise brand awareness to key stakeholders across the B2B market. The appointment marks a period of growth for the Normanton based auction platform, which has invested heavily in revolutionising traditional auctions and offering a best-in-class online service to both bidders and sellers.
Founded in 2014, Wild PR works with clients in the travel, health, property, manufacturing and professional services sectors, including Specialist Glass Products, Bramleys, Heald, Ayre Events, Conscious Youth CIC and Chicopee, among others.
It specialises in developing purpose-driven strategies and identifying tactics needed to achieve the best possible results through a mix of traditional and digital PR, SEO focused content creation and social media.
Over the last 12 months, Wild PR has onboarded ten new clients, including Kirklees Year of Music 2023, Iceni Silver and The Nappy Gurus. With ambitious growth plans only accelerating, the agency seeks to double its turnover in 2022.
Katrina Cliffe, managing director of Wild PR, said: “We have had an exciting start to the year with lots of new business enquiries after unbelievable growth over the past 18 months.
“Our PR strategy is one unique to BPI Auctions, and all about securing high authority coverage from key media verticals and the creation of onsite content that will support both the user experience of the website and the SEO objectives. We’re looking forward to putting our skills to good use to deliver great results for them.”
Rob Holroyd, marketing director at BPI Auctions, said: “We were really impressed with the Wild PR teams strategic approach, backed by in-depth research, down-to-earth advice and passion for what they do. We’re very excited to be working with them in 2022 and to see the impact their work has on our digital strategy, customer base, and growth plans.”
