Axiologik appoints four new staff members

Mark Greenley
Axiologik, a leading digital evolution consultancy based in Leeds, has appointed four new members of staff as part of a huge recruitment drive as the company continues to grow exponentially.
Joining the tech consultancy are Richard Tulley - engagement director, Louise Sewell - delivery manager, Dave Archbold - product manager and Mark Greenley - product principle.
With a wealth of experience in delivering complex programmes, Richard Tulley joins Axiologik as Engagement Director with seven clear goals in mind to help improve the company’s current offerings.
Included in those goals is to make a positive societal impact, develop a diverse and inclusive organisation, support the development of a high performing team and be able to retain focus on both professional and personal development of our colleagues and associates.
Richard said: “I’m really looking forward to being more than my job description. This means being able to contribute in a variety of ways, such as mentoring, volunteering, shaping our service offerings and practices and developing propositions.
“Equality, diversity, and inclusion are critical – I am excited about seeing those values being lived and breathed across all parts of our business, from the top down.”
Changing sectors from retail banking to consulting is Louise Sewell, a delivery manager who formerly helped to implement front office trading systems. Now at Axiologik, Louise joins the team as a Senior Delivery Manager to support the ongoing COVID 19 response and NHS Digital Vaccines Programme.
New Product Manager, Dave Archbold, previously found success in Product Management working across a number of industries including Mobile, Tech and Comms at O2, Logistics at Yodel, Business Services and Healthcare at NHS SBS and Finance at Satsuma and Vanquis. At Axiologik, Dave hopes to build the current Product Practice and help the business to expand into new areas.
Axiologik’s new Product Principle, Mark Greenley, began designing websites back in 1998 and since then has gone on to deliver the digital face of Speedo’s 2012 Olympic products, a new ecommerce website for one of the country’s most innovative telecoms brands, KCOM, and helped the shift towards agile ways of working at E-On. Most recently he held senior Product Management posts at online businesses, SaleCyle and Victoria Plum.
Mark said: “I was attracted to Axiologik as it really felt like a business wanting to make a positive difference for the organisations it works with and importantly, understanding that the beneficiaries of that work, user, citizen, visitor must feel that their needs are met.
“It was refreshing to hear that these outcomes were central to the role of everyone at Axiologik and that how we work is as important as what we work on.”
Jack Taylor, Head of Talent, said: “It’s a very exciting time at Axiologik as the company continues to grow both client side and internally with these four new appointments.
“We’re also recruiting for around 14 more roles across all levels of the business and we’re keen to establish a truly diverse team with all different types of experiences and knowledge, so please get in touch!”
