Farmison & Co signs top chef Shaun Rankin as brand ambassador

Farmison & Co, the online sustainable meat retailer, has signed Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin as an ‘eat better meat ambassador’.
Originally from Yorkshire, Shaun is working with Ripon-based Farmison & Co to develop new products and recipes that use its high-quality meat from hand-picked farms across the north of England.
Its first Grantley Hall collection, launches today so customers can enjoy Michelin-quality at home. The collection features over 30 items including dry aged côte de bœuf, dry aged pork belly and wild venison and dry aged lamb shoulder.
A former British Chef of the Year, Shaun has held a Michelin star since 2005 and is food and beverage consultant to Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire, just a few miles from Farmison & Co’s Ripon headquarters.
Farmison & Co is proud to supply Shaun’s Michelin-starred restaurant with quality meat sourced from local farms across Yorkshire.
At Grantley Hall, Shaun has helped to bring a new vision to its dining concepts, from designing all five kitchens and back of house operation areas, to hand-picking details from glasses to styles of crockery.
He also runs the Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant, Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall. In 2016 he opened Ormer Mayfair in London which was used as a location for Masterchef UK.
As a brand ambassador, Shaun will work closely with Farmison & Co’s in-house executive development chef Jeff Baker on a new co-branded addition to the popular Saucepan Ready range of dishes. He will also work with the new product development team on co-branded limited edition seasonal products.
The Farmison & Co website will feature exclusive content from Shaun including seasonal recipes and blog posts to give customers inspiration for cooking at home.
