BlindsbyPost celebrates record sales figures

National blinds retailer, BlindsbyPost, is celebrating after a hugely successful trading year.

The Bradford-based company generated just shy of £4m in revenue last year, the most since the company’s inception in 2008. This growth was bolstered by the launch of a number of hugely successful ranges, including the new motorised blinds range which have already been featured in Channel 5’s The Gadget Show.

On top of new launches, the company’s range of wooden blinds and Perfect Fit blinds have seen sales increase year on year along with a number of other SKUs. Not only that, but given the impact of energy bills soaring in households across the UK, sales of thermal blinds have rocketed. User searches on site support this trend, with thermal roller blinds especially seeing an increase of 81% YOY.

As well as sales, the company has also enjoyed impressive team growth, with the addition of ten new members of staff. The business also celebrated the second year of its sponsorship deal with Bradford City AFC.
