Potter Space, a leader in the sub-100k sq. ft. industrial and logistics property sector, has recently welcomed two new senior hires as the company focuses on expanding its nationwide property portfolio.

With business parks across the country and occupying a total of 1.6 million sq ft over a range of commercial properties, Potter Space has an ambitious five-year growth plan and a significant development pipeline covering 250 acres.

Chris Collins, now head of asset management for Potter Space, joins the team with broad experience in asset management including building refurbishment and development projects.

Having worked on projects in Manchester, including the Manchester Piccadilly Basin, Chris brings expertise in generating social value and driving regeneration for local areas, both of which are key areas of focus for Potter Space as it expands its property offering.

With over 11 years’ experience in marketing and communications in the residential property sector, Stephanie Render has joined the Potter Space team as marketing and communications manager.

Her role will include leading marketing activities and spearheading campaigns focused on brand awareness, acquisitions, leasing and asset management. Stephanie will use her experience from her previous roles to build out and develop the marketing function to support Potter Space’s plans for growth.

Chris Collins, head of asset management at Potter Space, said: “Joining any team in the middle of a period of growth is a challenging – and rewarding – task. My role in supporting the development of our business parks is already keeping me busy as we prepare to launch our new units at Droitwich.

“I’m incredibly keen to draw on my past experience to help support the growth of Potter Space and build long lasting relationships with our tenants.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the team at Potter Space as we look to the future and kickstart our ambitious five-year development plan and double the space available for local businesses at our Droitwich park.”

Stephanie Render, marketing and communications manager at Potter Space, said: “Building up the marketing department is a challenge I really relish, and I look forward to doing so at this exciting time for Potter Space.

“The key focus within my role is to develop and deliver our ambitious marketing plan as we aim to expand our offering within the industrial and logistics property sector.”
